Nitric & Sulfuric Acid Concentrators
The highlighted area in the photo is the area where the acid concentrators are being built. The two tall buildings are part of the Sulfuric Acid Concentration process. To the left of these buildings is a row of vertical structures. These are concrete supports for the Nitric Acid concentrators. In the lower right corner of the highlighted area are two rows of three vertical structures. These are the supports for the Sulfuric Acid Concentrators. The building that will be built here will be as tall as the buildings behind it.
This part of the acid area took spent Sulfuric Acid and concentrated it back to 94% for use in the Nitric Acid Concentration process where 63% Nitric Acid from the A.O.P. Area was concentrated to 98% Nitric Acid.
